What data we collect about you?
At the start of the survey, we ask for your email address in order to send you survey results and a few reminder emails so you return the fill the survey again at the end of the programme. During the survey, we will ask a range of questions about you, where you attend the ESCAPE-pain programme, your experience of pain and quality of life.
How do we use your data?
We compile anonymous records of user trends which we may make use of ourselves, or to third parties. This information is used in an anonymous and aggregated format and will not include any personal information by which you may be identified (such as age or gender information).
